You don’t need to have an agricultural background, you simply need the passion and drive to make that difference.

We place the real world at the heart of our agricultural degrees. You’ll develop your expertise through opportunities on campus, real-life briefs and industry placements – and could even gain an international perspective by studying a semester of your degree in the USA or Canada.*

Agriculture Our curriculum is informed by industry, with business management embedded throughout. You could take your skills to a big or small agricultural brand, farm enterprise, or set up a business of your own. Our students and graduates have worked with big-name brands including the NFU, LEAF, Agrii, Foyles Food Group, Tesco, McDonalds, Grimme Group and manymore. There’s never been a more exciting time to join this global sector.

Extensivework placements Gain valuable experience as you spend up to 980 hours working in industry, with the option to take an integrated placement year to further strengthen your professional skills. Real-world projects Develop your expertise across the food chain, with access to 400 hectares of commercial farmland – supplying Müller, Sainsbury’s and Glencore. This, alongside real-world business projects and industry placements, means you'll graduate ready for employment.
