This includes residential and pastoral support. We are consistently rated as ‘Ofsted Outstanding’ for the support we provide our students living on site. Many of these students are living away from home for the first time and we do everything we can to help them settle in quickly and ensure they’re happy and healthy while they’re here. Alongside academic support, completion of our unique Hartpury College Certificate will ensure that students develop their independence, confidence and resilience. We also work with them to strengthen skills in money management, socialising and relationship building, which is great preparation for their next step after college. The creation of a wellbeing centre, a ‘one-stop shop’ student support zone, and our Innovation, Careers and Enterprise hub, have given students access to all the services that support them as well as the chance to gain further employability skills alongside their studies.
