Look out for • Frequently missing deadlines and falling behind. • Feeling like you haven’t got the time to attend lessons because you are behind in your coursework. • Feeling so stressed out by work you can’t sleep. • Spending so long on your work you don’t have the time to go out with friends. Action • Prioritise work you have to do now and work you need to do later. • Don’t over complicate what you need to do and it will immediately become more manageable. • Try to keep a healthy balance between study and your personal life. • University students can access what is on offer via the Achievement Success Centre on Moodle and book a 1:1 tutorial.
