Level 3 Formal Written Warning • Meeting with Assistant Head of Residential Life Possible Outcomes / Sanctions:

• £150 Fine • Event ban

• Specific targets relating to offence • Payment for repairs / replacement • Meeting with Hartpury Health & Safety manager • Meeting with a member of the Wellbeing Team • Any other agreed supportive interventions

Possible Outcomes / Sanctions: • £200 Fine • Final Written Warning • Recommendation for removal from accommodation • Permanent event ban • Exclusion from Hartpury • Specific targets /sanctions relating to the offence at the discretion of the non academic behaviour management panel

Non Academic Behaviour Management Panel Chaired by: Deputy Principal Resources and attended by Senior Members of University Staff

• Misconduct concerned with assault, theft, weapons or possession, supply, cultivation of drugs automatically become matters where Hartpury consider involving the police.
