Our Performance Sports Academies are committed to empowering students to reach their full athletic potential. They also enable those not competing to gain valuable experience behind the scenes, working with athletes, coaches, therapists and sport scientists as part of practical sessions or research projects. Across our laboratories, sports therapy clinic, and performance analysis technologies, you could help treat and coach players to reach peak performance. You could also help our sports teams with pitchside first aid, or develop your marketing and social media skills. Community sport is also a core part of our provision. Develop your experience through our partnerships with schools, local projects and charitable organisations. You could work with our staff to explore the benefits of physical exercise in improving the health and academic performance of young people.
