"Hartpury is a place where you can study a top-quality qualification and gain the industry knowhow to move into a leadership or technical career. It has the perfect mix of industry and education. I have access to so many experts in equine performance, as well as wider sporting disciplines. Every day is different, but I spend a lot of time reading, writing and carrying out various data collection sessions for my studies. Hartpury has two of the most advanced riding simulators in an education setting. I’m able to focus on rider movement, before taking my research to a real horse. My research focuses on rider posture and its influence on how the horse and rider synchronise. I hope it will inform future coaching practice."
