Once you’ve decided Hartpury College is the right fit for you, you’re all set to apply. We’ve put together this handy timeline to show you what happens next.

We start taking applications towards the end of September, 12 months before your year of entry. You can apply on our website. Visit the course page and click ‘Apply online now’ Late September – Apply online We’ll contact you to invite you to book an interview. After your interview, we’ll be in touch to confirm whether we’re offering you a place* October onwards – Interviews If you live in the local area, have accepted an offer to study with us, and want to travel on our Home-to-College bus services, apply at www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-transport October onwards – Apply for transport If you're planning to live on campus and have accepted an offer to study with us, apply now at www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-accommodation April – Accommodation booking opens If you're not a British or Irish citizen, you may need a visa. You can start applying for your Student visa six months before your start date. Visit www.hartpury.ac.uk/studentvisa April – Apply for your Student visa Your Enrolment Pack and Passport to Hartpury (for international students only) contain information about your enrolment, including the date and time, and preparing to join us* June – Receive your enrolment information When you get your grades, let us know. If you’ve met the terms of your offer we’ll confirm your place. If you haven’t, we may still be able to offer you a place on an alternative course July/August – Send us your exam results – good luck! Attend your enrolment day (date in Your Enrolment Pack ) and join the #HartpuryFamily September – Enrol onto your course* *Subject to achieving the entry requirements for the course.
