Step 4: Tell us your exam results For UK students, GCSE results day is 22 August 2024 We wish you good luck. All your hard work this year will be worth it. If you have a conditional offer, you’ll need to let us know your results as soon as you get them. We’ll send you more information about how to do this nearer the time. www.hartpury.ac.uk International students Please submit your grades and qualification as soon as you get them via this form. www.hartpury.ac.uk/qualification collection-form What we do with your results If you’ve achieved the grades that you need to meet your offer, it will be made unconditional and we’ll send you confirmation by email. If you haven’t achieved the results you need to meet your offer, try not to worry. We’ll review your application and may still be able to offer you a place on the course, or an alternative, subject to availability. The course tutor may wish to call you to discuss your options – so please make sure you have your phone with you. Once we’ve made a decision, we’ll send you confirmation by email. If you’ve achieved better grades than expected and wish to be considered for a higher level course, please contact our Admissions team. If you submit fraudulent results you’ll be withdrawn from your programme.

International students

If you’re an international student with a Student visa, we’ll need to see your passport and your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or Share Code if you have an eVisa at enrolment. If you requested for your BRP card be sent to Hartpury, it will be waiting for you to collect at enrolment. A copy of these documents will be taken and held with our International Manager as part of UK Visa and Immigration compliance.
