Getting ready for enrolment Before you arrive for your enrolment, there are some important things you need to do. This will help us make your enrolment day as smooth as possible.

• Accommodation and livery

If you’ve been allocated a place in accommodation or livery, you’ve already paid your deposit and set up your payment plan. You’ll receive your payment schedule after you enrol. See pages 9, 13, and 14 for details about moving in and bringing your horse. If you live locally and would like to use our Home-to-College bus service, you can book and choose a payment option now. You can apply for transport up to 24 August 2024. Step 1: Fill in your forms You must bring your completed forms with you to enrolment. 1. Visit www.hartpury.ac.uk/ comingtohartpury 2. Download and print your forms. 3. Fill in the paper copies and check them off on page 7. 4. Keep them somewhere safe and remember to bring them to your enrolment. Step 2: Make your payments There are some fees to pay before you start, including the educational visits fee for all students. • Educational visits fee (£75)

Field trips, visits, and external speakers are an important part of your student experience. This fee contributes to the cost of speakers, transport for off-site visits, and entry to shows, events, museums, competitions, and many other attractions.
