Enhancing facilities, empowering the future We will: 3.1. Develop further sustainable outcomes within the equine industry and support governing bodies in delivery. 3.2. Embrace the ‘Happy Horse’ principles and Horse Charter to ensure Hartpury meets the requirements for the welfare of all equids. 3.3. Evolve commercialisation of resources to include increased external facility hire, and demonstrate opportunities for all. 3.4. Ensure major events continue to grow, creating opportunities for competitors, sponsors, owners and equine partnerships.
