Your visa responsibilities If you have a student visa, both you and your visa sponsor (Hartpury University and Hartpury College) have responsibilities to the UK Home Office. Together we must ensure you meet the requirements of your visa .

Before enrolment, you must: • contact Hartpury to confirm when your visa has been granted.

During enrolment, you must: • complete immigration checks with the International team and provide us with your share code so that we can verifiy your visa status.

Throughout your studies, you must: adhere to the conditions of your visa make all relevant tuition fee payments keep your contact details up to date

talk to your programme manager if you will be absent report any changes in your circumstances (including change

of address) to the UKVI and the International team abide by all other Hartpury Terms and Conditions

attend all lectures/seminars and fully engage with your study programme. Your attendance will be monitored carefully.

Hartpury’s responsibilities As your visa sponsor, we are legally obliged to fulfil a number of duties that include keeping a record of your contact details, recording and monitoring your attendance to ensure that you are engaging with your programme and keeping copies of your visa documents. We also have a requirement to report information to UKVI for all students who have been issued a CAS by Hartpury, including the breach of any of the above conditions.
