Hartpury College International Welcome Programme

From Sunday 31 August

Once you arrive on campus on 31 August, you will be welcomed by the International team who will do your visa checks and ensure you know how to access all the help you need. Within your first week you’ll be invited to the International Welcome lunch, with our support teams to ensure you are settling into your new life at Hartpury.

There are lots of people who can support you, not only during your first week but all the way through your time at Hartpury.

Hartpury University International Orientation

Friday 12 September

Your international welcome event is from 12 to 14 September 2025 and will be full of activities designed just for you. You will meet Hartpury’s support teams, learn about what’s happening during Freshers’ Week, take a trip to the nearby city of Gloucester and make new friends on campus, you will also be moving into your university accommodation.
