Arriving at the airport

When you arrive in the UK, the UK Border Force officers at the airport will ask you to show your passport. All Student Visas are now stored electronically and you may be asked to provide the officer with a 'Share Code'. This is so that you can evidence that you understand how to access your visa information.

Can I use an ePassport gate? As it will be your first time entering the UK on your Student visa, we recommend you do not use an ePassport gate and instead go to an officer at an immigration desk.
