Your visa responsibilities If you hold a Student visa to study with us, both you and your visa sponsor (Hartpury University and Hartpury College) have responsibilities to the UK Home Office. Togetherwe must ensure you meet the requirements of your visa .

Before enrolment, you must notify Hartpury if: your visa is refused or cancelled you cannot start your course on the agreed dates you wish to cancel or defer your studies, or you wish to change course During enrolment, you must: provide a copy of your current valid passport and visa / documentation to show that a visa has been awarded complete immigration checks with the International team Throughout your studies, you must: adhere to the conditions of your visa make all relevant tuition fee payments keep your contact details up to date talk to your programme manager if you will be absent report any changes in your circumstances (including change

of address) to the UKVI and the International team abide by all other Hartpury Terms and Conditions

Hartpury’s responsibilities As your visa sponsor, we are legally obliged to fulfil a number of duties that include keeping a record of your contact details, recording your attendance, and keeping copies of your visa documents. We also have a requirement to report information to UKVI for all students who have been issued a CAS by Hartpury, including the breach of any of the above conditions.
