PASSPORT TO HARTPURY

Keeping you safe We take your safety and wellbeing seriously and prioritise it at all times. Gloucestershire is one of the safest places in the UK and we do everything we can to ensure your safety while you are here. The UK is a multicultural society; people from all over the world come to live, study and work here. Most towns and cities have a diverse mix of cultures and places of worship. Gloucester has been welcoming people from all over the world for decades, and Barton Street in the city centre is celebrated as one of the most multicultural streets in the UK. On campus security A barrier system monitors all vehicles entering the campus. Card- controlled entry on all learning spaces ensures that only those with student cards may enter. Our accommodation blocks operate with a similar fob and key system so that only those who reside in each block have access.

The electronic fob is one of the tools we use to help keep our students safe. The fob must be used each time you enter and exit your residential block.

Students at Hartpury College who are under 18 must register daily with our Wardens.

Online security The IT team and Safeguarding teams work hard to keep all our students and staff safe online. Everyone using on-site equipment must adhere to our robust internet safety measures.
