You’ve made it to Hartpury Welcome to our beautiful campus. This is the start of a very exciting time for you. You just have a few more steps to take to help you settle into your new life as a student in the UK.

Enrolment Enrolment is the physical process of registering on your study programme. During this procedure you’ll meet your classmates, members of the Finance, Accommodation and Wellbeing teams, as well as representatives from the Students’ Union and your Programme Leaders.

You’ll find your enrolment date and time in your enrolment guide. It’s really important you attend so you can get started on your course with your classmates.

Checking into your accommodation Once you arrive on campus on your set arrival date and have confirmed payment of your fees with the Finance team, you’ll receive your key and electronic fob so you can move into your room. The fob opens the entrance door of your halls and a separate key is used to access your room. The fobs restrict access to on-campus accommodation and are an important tool in helping us keep our students safe. They must be used each time you enter and exit your residential block. During enrolment, our wardens and student ambassadors will be able to direct you and help you settle into your new room.

Do pay attention to the Accommodation team’s advice. You should also take time to read the Residential Handbook and Accommodation guide so you can follow the guidelines in these booklets.
