International Strategy
11
To achieve this, we will:
4.1. Identify and establish international research and knowledge exchange collaborations, as well as funding opportunities, with carefully selected universities, research institutions, charities, and industries worldwide that address shared global challenges. 4.2. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with international institutions, exploring Transnational Education (TNE) opportunities to deliver education overseas, and articulation agreements and dual degree programmes, to enhance student recruitment efforts. By aligning with institutions that share our values and vision, we aim to foster academic excellence and long-term relationships that support our growth and reputation. 4.3. Develop strategic international business development partnerships with industry and organisations aligned with our specialisms. These collaborations will drive innovation, establish pathways for joint commercial ventures and research commercialisation, and strengthen our global presence and impact.
We are committed to establishing and maintaining a select network of high-quality, long-term strategic partnerships and collaborations to strengthen our institution. We recognise the importance of these alliances in providing invaluable opportunities for student number growth, research and knowledge exchange, commercial development, mobility for students and staff, and enhancing our international profile.
