3. Started your Student visa application (if you require one to study in the UK) If you need a visa to study in the UK, you will need to apply for a Student visa to cover your course. If you have not yet started your visa application, you will need to do this as soon as possible. Go to www.hartpury.ac.uk/studentvisa to watch the video and get more guidance on applying for your visa.

4. Book onto your Pre-departure briefing 27 July, 3-4pm (UK time) Join our International Manager, Charlotte Phillips, to attend your Pre-departure briefing to ensure you are fully informed and prepared to travel to Hartpury in September. Book online: www.hartpury.ac.uk/pre-departurebriefing

4. Arranged your accommodation Get in contact with our Accommodation team now and they will let you know your options and provide advice: accommodation@hartpury.ac.uk *If you’ve already applied for Hartpury-managed accommodation, you will have already received your room allocation. If you have chosen to live off site, do keep in contact with your accommodation provider.
