If you’re a UK student, this is when you’ll move in. You’ll have a dedicated time slot for your accommodation block – whichwe’ll send to you in August 2021. This means you’ll move in at the same time as your housemates, so you can settle in together and make friends. International students: You’ll move in on Saturday 18 September 2021 – we’ll be in touchwith more details. You should have received an email with your accommodation allocation. Finance: Meet our team for a few quick checks. Keys: Collect your room key and electronic fob for your accommodation block. Car parking: Order your car pass online now and collect when you arrive. Block induction: Find out about life in Hartpury accommodation. Campus tour: For students only. We’ll showyou around our beautiful campus. Living off campus –Blackfriars halls of residence You’ll receive details about moving into Blackfriars directly from Cityheart, who manage the building. We’ll organise a fun Freshers’ event in Gloucester in the evening – then you’ll join our programme of Freshers’ activities on and off campus for the rest of the week.
