Earnwhile you learn

There are a number of opportunities for you to earn some extra cashwhile you’re studying at Hartpury. These include being a student ambassador, making the most of an integrated placement year and getting a part-time job. There’s plenty on offer – we’ve popped a few recommendations below. Student ambassador We have a great team of over 60 student ambassadors who represent Hartpury at different events. As a student ambassador, you’ll be paid per hour on a casual contract, which means you can work the hours that suit you. You’ll need to be interviewed for the role, but providing you get the job, you’ll receive training and support to build your skills and experience. Email outreach@hartpury.ac.uk for more information on applying. Integrated placement year Some of our courses have the option for students to take an integrated placement year. This allows you to gain invaluable work experience and skills, as well as the potential to earn some money for a year before you come back to finish your degree. Hartpury Innovation, Careers and Enterprise (ICE) As well as providing industry relevant opportunities and placements to support you with your studies, the ICE team host career insight days and advertise part-time work opportunities. You could even set up your own enterprise through their Launchpad scheme while you’re with us. Part-time jobs There are a number of part-time job websites available in the Gloucestershire area, if you want to earn some money around your studies. Take a look at some of these websites:
