Hartpury definitely got me to where I am now. I loved that I could ride professionally and study at the same time. My lecturers were amazing – so supportive – especially in my third year when I had my dissertation to do and I was training four event horses! I know it sounds silly but I loved being able to go to a lecture in my riding clothes, then go out riding, then back to another lecture again.”
