It was fantastic for my coaching CV. It gave me so many opportunities to put theory into practice. I was the lead coach for the 14 to 16-year-olds at Gloucester Rowing Club and had up to 30 athletes training with me in my final year. I also worked alongside the Great British Para Rowing Development team, travelling across the UK to camps, events and trials - It was such an eye opening experience."
