PROCEDURE

Non-Academic Behaviour Management Panel Chaired by: Pro Vice Chancellor (or a nominated deputy) and attended by Senior Members of University Staff

ANon-Academic Behaviour Management Panel will be convenedwithin a 14-day period of the C3 meeting.

Possible Outcomes / Sanctions: • £200 Fine

• Return to Hartpury with no further action • Return to Hartpury with Final Written Warning • Return to Hartpury with Final Written Warning but Accommodation Licence cancelled • Permanent event ban • Exclusion from Hartpury • Specific targets/sanctions relating to the offence at the discretion of the Non Academic Behaviour Management Panel - for drug related incidents this may involve a period of random monitoring where oral tests will be conducted and support will be provided

Supportive interventions where relevant: • Meeting with Health & Safety Manager

• Meeting with Block Warden • Meeting with a member of the Wellbeing Team
