Our big Industry events

We host big international and national events on campus each year. Our students love to work behind the scenes, learning from experts about logistics, marketing, media and more. They often get to meet industry greats and connect with professionals, ready for their careers.

Hartpury UKA National Dog Agility Show The best of dog agility for industry professionals. Students can gain hands-on experience too . International Hartpury Horse Trials World stars compete at this event – five days of exciting dressage, showjumping and cross-country. Hartpury International Festival of Dressage The festival attracts gold medal-winners including Rio Olympics champion Charlotte Dujardin. Hartpury Showjumping Spectacular A must for rising stars and experienced competitors to showcase their jumping talents. Open Farm Sunday Exciting farming sessions inspire the next generation of farmers from the local community. Hartpury University RFC matches Matches in our stadium attract crowds from afar. Our graduates often play for our Championship rugby club too. BUCS sports competitions Our sports facilities host big BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) matches across our disciplines. Active Gloucestershire School Games We host events each year, welcoming future sports stars to campus to engage with sport.

We're the host for the 2020 FEI Dressage and Eventing European Championships for Young Riders and Juniors, and the International Society for Equitation Science Conference 2020 We’re home to industry conferences, with recent events including the Alltech equine and UK Sport Development Network conferences
