You’ll develop and practise your skills in our professional coaching environment, making the most of industry-standard facilities, including strength and conditioning gyms, and biomechanics and human performance labs. Specialist modules will enable you to work with competing athletes on campus and youth athletes in our partner schools. Alongside strength and conditioning expertise, the course will give you insights into other sports science, health and medical professions to prepare you to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in your career. Industry opportunities If you choose to undertake an integrated placement year in industry, you’ll gain great experience ready for your dream job. Students have recently worked at Premier League football club Southampton, Gloucester Rugby, Bristol City FC, Sussex County Cricket Club and the English Institute of Sport. This course is ideal for those who are passionate about athletic, physical and sporting performance and want to help athletes improve. and develop a strong portfolio of experience ready for your career.
