Many of our lecturers and visiting speakers are at the top of their industries. We offer outstanding work experience opportunities, thanks to our network of more than 2,000 businesses, strong partnerships with global organisations, as well as, campus-based enterprises and industry events.

Supporting you to go further Our Innovation, Careers and Enterprise Centre (ICE) will be your hub for developing your knowledge, skills and confidence to help you get your dream job. You’ll have access to careers advice and guidance, employability support and enterprise opportunities as well as enrichment activities and placement support. Work experience and volunteering You’ll be supported to gain work experience while you’re here to help you reach your goals. There are lots of opportunities to volunteer around campus; you can enhance your specialist skills in one of our facilities or gain the kinds of important life or skills that employers look for by taking a role that contrasts with your studies. Both routes are a good way to challenge yourself, improve your CV and make new contacts.
