YOUR GUIDE TO HARTPURY UNIVERSITY

The heart of Hartpury

We love our campus and all the things that make it individual. There is always something exciting happening here. Each morning, students ride horses, look after the animals on our farm, train for their sports matches or take a walk or jog in our beautiful grounds. During the day, the campus is busy as students meet for a coffee or get together for a study session. There might also be an international equine competition, or a high-profile rugby match taking place right here. By evening, Legends Bar is where the action is – or if you prefer you can relax and look out over the beautiful English countryside as the sun goes down. Of course, our students also venture outside of campus, experiencing everything our vibrant country has to offer – see pages 21-23.

When you arrive at Hartpury University

you’ll notice we’re not the average British university.

Our rural 360-hectare campus is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. It can be hard to believe you’re close to some of the UK’s most exciting cities and historic towns. On campus, you can meet meerkats, watch international-level sport, play golf or take a long walk or ride – all without leaving the grounds. As a Hartpury student, this campus will play a big role in your daily life. It’s where you’ll make friends, play sport and socialise. You’re also likely to live here during your first year – turn to page 28 to find out more about our accommodation. Importantly, our campus is also where you’ll study, grow your knowledge and shape your future.
