All actions will be recorded on Student Records

Supportive interventions where relevant: • Meeting with Health & Safety Manager • Meeting with Hall Residential Support Officer • Meeting with a member of the Wellbeing

• Any Serious Breach of Behaviour Management and/or Residential Rules & Regulations including Bringing the College into Disrepute Which Could Relate to Offsite Incidents

C3 Issued by/ meeting with Senior Residential Support Officer

• Breach of Visitor/Overnight Guest (non-student)

Non-Academic Behaviour Management Panel following Suspension

Possible Outcomes of Non-Academic Behaviour Management Panel:

• Return to College with no further action • Return to College with Formal PanelWarning • Return to College with FinalWrittenWarnin g • Return to College with FinalWrittenWarning & Cancellation of Residential Licence • Permanent Exclusion

All Final Written Warnings will include the following sanctions:
