*The Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science currently requires 6 GCSEs at grade 4 or above to include Mathematics, English Language and a Science. The Extended Diploma in Animal Science currently requires six GCSEs at 6 GCSEs at grade 6 or above to include Mathematics, English Language and a Science. Students wishing to study the Extended Diploma Animal Management must first complete the 90-Credit Diploma (1 year), before progressing onto the Level 3 Extended Diploma in their 2nd year. **Individual A-level subject requirements vary, please check in the A-level section on page 20, or talk to one of our advisers. *** For our Level 3 Extended and Subsidiary Diploma courses (other than the Level 3 Extended Diplomas in Sport and Exercise Science and Animal Science) we will accept applicants with a grade 3 in English Language provided they have achieved a grade 4 or above in English Literature.
