If you have a passion for the outdoors, then this course can help open the door to your dream career, with 100% of Outdoor Adventure students going on to further study or employment in recent years (Hartpury outcomes survey). With our 360-hectare estate as your classroom there is no better place to develop your career in the outdoor adventure industry than at Hartpury. With the college ideally situated to take advantage of the Forest of Dean, Malvern Hills, Black Mountains and the River Wye, you’ll have access to the excellent outdoor adventure centres based within the local area. Activities include sailing, paddle sports, windsurfing, mountain biking, navigation and climbing to name a few. These courses offer a detailed knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of Outdoor Adventure, complemented by industry- recognised qualifications. Our strong links with the outdoor adventure industry also mean you will have the opportunity to gain work experience in the second year of the Level 3 programme.
