Hartpury College is not like a traditional sixth form college. In a unique campus environment with outstanding sport facilities and access to a 360-hectare rural estate, students can grow and excel in their chosen field. For A-level students who wish to combine their studies with their sport, we’re skilled at supporting students to train and compete at an elite level while also achieving their potential off the field. We’re an accredited centre for the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS), which provides funding and support to some of our top performers. Our sports academies include men’s and women’s rugby and football, rowing, equine, golf, modern pentathlon and netball, while our new multi-sports academy can support athletes from other disciplines. We also offer an extensive range of recreational sport and other extra-curricular activities, including Duke of Edinburgh, debating and, for those students interested in pursuing a career in veterinary sciences, we offer a pre-vet enrichment programme. Success rate Our students have achieved excellent results with us and many progress on to the UK’s top universities, including Edinburgh, Warwick, Bath, Bristol, Loughborough and Oxbridge. Many also progress onto degree-level study at Hartpury University. Other students have gone on to secure sports scholarships in the USA! An international community Our A-level department attracts students from around the world. We have a vibrant international student community, a dedicated international team. Many ambitious students choose to travel to study at Hartpury College every year.
