On-the-job learning You’ll spend time getting hands on around the farmwith two weeks’ dedicated work experience – frommilking to calf-rearing, or helping as a shepherd. You could also undertake professional qualifications in areas including tractor driving and safe pesticide use, enhancing your CV.
