Residential students Moving into accommodation Friday 9 September 2022 If you've been allocated a place in Hartpury accommodation, this is when you'll collect your room key. Location: Arrive in the College Learning Centre and visit the accommodation desk at your allocated time. Check the table below to find your dedicated timeslot. Under 18s If you're under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by your parent/carer. They will need to sign up to the Accommodation License including the Residential Regulations and Procedures.
