Preparing your documents

When you come to your enrolment, there are some things you’ll need to bring with you. Please make sure you have the following items. 1. Your enrolment forms Please bring your completed forms to your enrolment. This will help us to make the process as smooth as possible. Visit www.hartpury.ac.uk/comingtohartpury to download and print your forms. 2. Proof of your exam results Bring a copy of your results transcript or certificates. It’s important you do this, even if your results have been sent to us previously. Please note, you won’t be able to enrol unless you have a copy of your qualifications with you. 3. Proof of ID Passport or driving licence (if you don’t have these, you can bring your birth certificate). International students If you’re an international student with a Student visa, we’ll need to see your passport and your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) at enrolment, if you have collected this. If you requested for your BRP card be sent to Hartpury, it will be waiting for you to collect at enrolment. A copy of these documents will be taken and held with our International Manager as part of UK Visa and Immigration compliance. Visa support If you haven’t already started your visa application, it’s important you do this as soon as possible. Aspire learning support and additional needs Our Aspire team are here to support you during your time at Hartpury. If you have any Educational, Health and Care Plans, Educational Psychologist Reports or individual support plans, please ensure you provide copies of these with you. Additional exam arrangements If you’ve been granted extra time, a reader, scribe or other additional help during your school exams, you may want to be assessed for extra help while you’re here too. Visit the Learning Support desk during your enrolment and let our team know. You’ll need to bring your Form 8 (J8) from school, signed and dated. Please note, if you don’t bring your Form 8 we won’t be able to highlight your exam needs as a priority and

this may delay your application for any special arrangements.
