Before you enrol Before you arrive for your enrolment, there are some important things you need to do. This will help us make your enrolment day as smooth as possible. We’ve included your next steps below, to guide you through the process. Step 1: Fill in your forms You must bring your completed forms with you to enrolment. 1. Visit www.hartpury.ac.uk/ comingtohartpury 2. Download and print your forms. 3. Fill in the paper copies and check them off on page 14. 4. Keep them somewhere safe. Step 2: Make your payments There are some fees to pay before you start, including the educational visits fee for all students. • Educational visits fee (£65) – Field trips, visits and external speakers are an important part of your student experience. This fee contributes to the cost of speakers, transport for off-site visits, and entry to shows, events, museums, competitions and many other attractions.
