Preparing your documents You’ll need to bring your completed forms to enrolment, as well as your proof of ID. Forms Hartpury College regulations acceptance form – this includes your student code of conduct and safeguarding information. Trip consent form – permission to attend course trips. Work experience consent form – permission to take part in a work placement. If you’re undertaking a residential work placement, we’ve also included a checklist for your parent/carer to review when assessing the accommodation. Proof of ID Passport or driving licence – if you don’t have these, you can bring your birth certificate. Transport Sports Academy Gym membership (optional)
