What happens at enrolment

Information for parents of non-residential students If your child isn’t moving into accommodation, you’ll be at enrolment for approximately 1.5 hours. Your child will then start their induction programme – you’re free to leave at this point or wait on campus until the end of the enrolment day to take them home, if they’re not using college transport. For residential students, your parent/carer will have attended Residential Move-in Day, so they won’t be required at your enrolment. International students You’ll take part in all of the same enrolment activities as your course – check the table on pages 11-12 to find your date and time. You’ll be invited to join your International Orientation programme on 15 and 16 September 2023 . This will help you to settle into life in the UK and at Hartpury, make friends, and start to feel at home. Livery Residential students: You’ll bring your horse on Residential Move-in Day. See page 13 for details. Non-residential students: You’ll move your horse in on your enrolment day. Please arrive earlier than your enrolment time slot (see pages 11-12) to make sure you have plenty of time to settle them in before enrolling. Traveling to your enrolment You’ll need to make your own way to your enrolment. If you’ve booked your transport via Zeelo by the deadline (30 July 2023), you’ll be able to get the bus home.
