Your forms and payments checklist

Tick your forms off as you complete them: Hartpury College regulations acceptance form – this includes your student code of conduct and safeguarding information. Trip consent form – permission to attend course trips. Work experience consent form – permission to take part in a work placement. If you’re undertaking a residential work placement, we’ve also included a checklist for your parent/carer to review when assessing the accommodation. Please bring your completed forms with you to your enrolment. If you have any issues completing these forms, we can help you at enrolment.
