Your enrolment is a key part of joining Hartpury and it starts now. By completing these steps over the summer, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running when you get here. Getting ready for enrolment Before you enrol •

Gymmembership fee (£100 per annum) – unlimited use of our fully-equipped gym. You can pay for your Sports Academy and gym memberships online at estore.hartpury.ac.uk/product-catalogue/sport What you need to do on GCSE results day, 20 August 2020 We know things are a bit different this year, but we wish you good luck. If your offer is conditional on the results that you’ll receive this year, you’ll need to send us your grades as soon they have been released. To do this, go on to our website and follow the instructions. www.hartpury.ac.uk We’ll receive confirmation of your results from the awarding bodies shortly after enrolment. If you submit fraudulent results you’ll be withdrawn from your programme. What we do with your results If you’ve achieved the grades that you need to meet your offer, it will be made unconditional and we’ll send you confirmation by email. If you haven’t achieved the results that you need to meet your offer, a member of the relevant course team will review your application. We may still be able to offer you a place on the course, or an alternative. If you’ve achieved better grades than expected and wish to be considered for a higher level course, please contact our Admissions team - Email admissions@hartpury.ac.uk - Call 01452 702244 Your application will be passed on to the course team to consider whether this is possible. The course tutor may wish to call you to discuss your options. We’ll send you confirmation of our decision by email.

There are a number of important things you need to do before you get here – including filling in your forms, making any payments and ordering your kit (find your kit list on page 13). We’ve highlighted your next steps below. Fill in your forms Please make sure you print and complete your forms and bring them to your enrolment. Here’s what you need to do: 1. Visit www.hartpury.ac.uk/comingtohartpury 2. Download and print your forms 3. Fill in the paper copies 5. Send your finance forms back to us now 6. Bring the rest of your forms to enrolment This will help us to make the enrolment process as smooth as possible. Make your payments There are some fees that need to be paid before you start. Here’s your list of payments due and what they’re for. • Educational visits fee (£85) – this will cover the cost of some of the great educational visits you’ll have the chance to go on. You can pay this online at estore.hartpury.ac.uk Go to the ‘Product Catalogue’ and select ‘Student Invoices’ under ‘Invoices and Deposits’. 4. Tick off your completed forms using your checklist on page 10 Accommodation fees (for residential students only) – if you’ve got a place in our accommodation you can pay by Direct Debit. Please print and complete the Direct Debit form and mandate, and send back to us now. Sports Academymembership fee (£80 per annum) – if you’re interested in joining one of our Sports Academies, you must pay for your membership. • •
