Look out for • Feeling like you can’t cope with your workload. • Feeling tired and anxious. • Falling behind in coursework and skipping lectures. • Being irritable with your friends and family. • Not wanting to eat or wanting to eat more than usual. Action • Look at the different styles available to you by researching websites to get new ideas. • Set yourself small achievable goals and reward yourself when you meet them. • Discuss with your tutor the options to you when studying. They will be able to suggest the style that works best for you. • Take time for exercise, which will keep you mentally alert and give you more energy. • Eat healthily and aim to get eight hours sleep a night.
