Your incoming mail should be addressed in the following format: Your name (student) c/o Student Services Hartpury University Gloucester GL19 3BE

To report any maintenance issues within your room or hall, please go to the Student portal > Facilities > Helpdesk Link or if you have any difficulties please email maintenance@hartpury.ac.uk or speak to your hall Residential Support Officer – you’ll find their contact details on your hall notice board in the foyer. Please note by reporting an issue in your room, you are giving permission for our Maintenance team to visit your room to remedy the issue reported. The team will always announce their arrival, if however you are not present, they will enter the room in your absence and attempt to remedy the reported issue. Please note our residential teams may report maintenance issues when accessing your room, and therefore a member of the maintenance may announce that they are going to remedy an issue that you haven’t reported yourself. Microwave Each communal area is supplied with a microwave. Please remember to use it correctly, not to overfill with water when heating pasta and ensure you wipe it over after use. Don’t heat dry non food items such as wheat bags in the microwave and never leave the microwave unattended.
