Our Careers, Skills and Employability Service also advertises part-time job opportunities throughout the year. How we support our students Hartpury University, our partners, and other organisations offer a range of financial support packages to eligible students applying for our courses. In 2023/24, Hartpury University provided financial assistance to almost one quarter of university students through bursaries, scholarship and additional support.

Maintenance loan As a UK-based student, you'll also be eligible to apply for a means-tested Maintenance Loan to cover your living costs. How much you get depends on your household income, where you study, where you live and how long you’re studying for.* This will be paid directly into your bank account. Maintenance Loans vary between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and are not available to European or international students. How to apply for your loans Apply to your home student loan company from March of the year of study. The application process takes around 20 minutes to complete and 6-8 weeks to review. You can apply for your tuition fee and maintenance loans at the same time. Repayment of student loans The earliest you’ll start to repay your student loan is on 6 April the year after you finish your course. Find the latest information via our website. Earn while you learn There are opportunities available at Hartpury and the surrounding areas. On campus, our Students' Union advertise vacancies. Our Student Ambassador scheme means you could be helping at recruitment events such as open days or careers fairs, sharing your expertise and experience with potential students.
