This programme has been formally recognised by the Animal Behaviour Training Council.* You’ll utilise the latest scientific evidence as you investigate different training methods. Explore the human-canine bond in pet and therapeutic settings and learn in our commercial Canine Hydrotherapy Centre. As part of the competitive performance stream, you’ll examine training for canine athletes. Your passion to study combined with our dog behaviour and training specialisms, will equip you with the holistic view and knowledge you need for this developing field. You’ll tailor your learning to your interests and graduate ready for exciting canine careers across the world. Industry opportunities You’ll benefit from gaining experience in the commercial Canine Hydrotherapy Centre. You’ll also benefit from our connections with dog trainers, behaviourists, coaches, scientists and athletes across the UK. This course is ideal for those who have a passion for training dogs, and would like to turn that passion into a career in canine training, performance or rehabilitation. While this course focuses on dogs, you'll also study a range of other animals as part of your learning.
