Now is an exciting time to pursue an animal career. On this course, you’ll work with different species to develop your expertise in training, performance and rehabilitation. This programme has been formally recognised by the Animal Behaviour Training Council.* This degree has been developed in response to rapid industry growth. Emerging science and technology allow us to investigate training practices designed to improve the human-animal bond. We can also apply this knowledge to competitive sports that utilise human and animal performance, as well as animal rehabilitation. You’ll learn through engaging lectures and interactive practical sessions with access to our excellent industry links with experts in both domestic and commercial environments. Industry opportunities Gain experience on campus with our commercial equine and canine therapy centres. Benefit from our links with leading behaviourists, trainers and coaches across the canine, equine and zoo animal sectors.
