As our understanding of human- animal interaction grows, and the benefits are appreciated more widely, we expect industries to take an active role in hiring scientifically qualified experts to ensure the wellbeing of both. Research has shown how animals can increase productivity in workplaces and speed up patient recovery. We're working to ensure the welfare of these animals is also protected."
