Olympic champions at Hartpury

Rio Olympic dressage sensations Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro are regular visitors. You might even see Valegro when he visits our Equine Therapy Centre on site. The world-record holders competed at our International Festival of Dressage in 2016, and wowed guests at our 2018 festival, dancing to music at our gala evening. Valegro (aka Blueberry) regularly visits our Equine Therapy Centre to use our Aquafit water treadmill with his groom, Alan Davies. He took early retirement recently but used it twice a week when preparing for big competitions. "Hartpury provides the ideal training environment for people to start their career in the industry. I’m proud to be part of it and working with the next generation of riders."
