creatively so that they can make a difference in their careers, either to the daily lives of animals or moving the industry forwards through research. Small teaching groups mean we’re able to have those one-on- one conversations that spark interest and inspire students to undertake potentially life- changing work. I want them to pursue what they’re passionate about and progress into careers where they can have a real impact whilst enjoying what they do."
