Gain real insight into the life of a RAMP qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist and what studying at Hartpury University will offer. You’ll have opportunities to tour our facilities, and get involved in a range of activities and talks led by our expert staff. You’ll also be able to get your questions answered and meet other students. As part of the day, you’ll get more information on the make-up of your course, clinical learning opportunities, and find out how we support students to build work-based portfolios ready to embark on a rewarding career as a qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist. After your welcome talks, you’ll have opportunities to speak to current Hartpury students and gain further understanding into their experiences. You’ll get involved with a range of interactive activities, guided by our staff and students. These include gait analysis on the equine yard and a demonstration with Empowered Canine Physio. You’ll also visit the animal facilities onsite and experience how the practical aspect of your learning will be structured and integrate specialist equipment to support animal health and wellbeing. Parents: You're welcome to attend the welcome talk, however after this only offer holders will progress to the campus based activities and programme specific tour. What to bring Your day will include equine and canine based sessions, inside and outside. Please bring suitable clothing for species and the weather!
