5. Meet your academic conditions (applies to students with a conditional offer)

If you are holding a conditional offer, you will still need to meet the requirements outlined in your offer letter. This usually includes providing documents such as academic transcripts, certificates, and/or English language test results, as soon as you get your qualifications. Once you have met all the conditions, your offer will be updated to unconditional and your place with us will be confirmed.

6. Provide proof of English language All students need to have a certain level of English language before studying with us. This is to ensure you will be successful in your studies and during your time in the UK. You may also need to provide proof of English language

proficiency if you are applying for a visa. Check our English language requirements.

7. Pay your deposit You will need to pay a deposit and confirm the payment method for the rest of your fees to secure your place at Hartpury. If you have accepted your offer, you should have already received an invoice from our Finance team. This will include details of your tuition fees, deposit, and how to make your payment. If you are planning to apply for a private loan (such as FAFSA, OSAP, or Sallie Mae), please let our Finance team know at finance@hartpury.ac.uk . If you haven’t received your invoice yet, or if you have any questions about paying your fees, please get in touch with the team at finance@hartpury.ac.uk.
