Hartpury College International Arrival and Orientation From Sunday 6 September Once you arrive on campus, you will be welcomed by the International team who will do your visa checks and ensure you know how to access any help you need. During your first few weeks you will also be invited to an international welcome event – a relaxed, informal evening with food, activities, and the opportunity to meet and socialise with other new international students. Hartpury University International Orientation From Thursday 10 September You should arrive and move in to your accommodation on Thursday 10 September, ready for your international orientation programme which is designed to help you settle in to life at Hartpury. Once you have moved in and settled, the programme will begin. During this time, you will meet Hartpury support teams, visit Gloucester city centre, pick up essentials for your room, and take part in activities with the International Student Society. It is also a great opportunity to meet other new international students and start making friends before your studies begin. In your guide you will find key details about enrolment. This includes: things to do now, your kit list and recommended reading, moving-in information and packing list, what to expect during Welcome and Freshers’ Week, and more. It’s important that you read this guide carefully to help you prepare for your first week at Hartpury and beyond. Y our enrolment guide Coming June/July
